Terms of Service

TripWheel is a private tool operated by its owner (the "Operator") to manage content for the Operator's own Instagram professional account. By using TripWheel, the Operator agrees to these terms.

1. Purpose

TripWheel prepares and publishes or schedules content to the Operator's own Instagram account through the official Meta Graph API. It is not a public service and is not offered to third parties.

2. Acceptable use

• The Operator will only process content they own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and republish.
• The Operator will credit original creators and honor takedown requests promptly.
• The Operator will comply with the Instagram Terms of Use, the Meta Platform Terms, and all applicable laws.

3. Content responsibility

All responsibility for the content processed and published — including copyright, permissions, and compliance — rests solely with the Operator. TripWheel is a tool and does not review or endorse the content it processes.

4. Third-party platforms

TripWheel relies on Meta, Google, DigitalOcean, and Telegram. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and the Service may change or stop working if those platforms change.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripWheel and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
