Data Deletion

TripWheel is a private, single-operator tool. It does not hold data on behalf of any third-party user. All data it stores belongs to the Operator and can be deleted at any time.

What data exists

• Job records (status, timestamps, error messages) in a local database.
• Temporary working files and hosted media, which are deleted automatically after each job and swept within 24 hours.
• The Meta access token used to publish to the Operator's own account.

How to request deletion

To have all data associated with the account deleted, email contact@tripwheel.in with the subject Data Deletion Request. Deletion is completed within 7 days, and includes:

• Erasing the local job database and all stored records.
• Deleting any temporary or hosted media files.
• Revoking and removing the stored Meta access token.

Revoking access directly

The Operator can also revoke TripWheel' access to their Instagram account at any time from Instagram → Apps and websites, which immediately stops all access.
